Money was founded back in 2003 by Nick Cordell and Melvyn DeVilliers. The budding brands creative team was joined and boosted by the Japanese designer Takashi Marujo a year later in 2004. Their ambition was to create garments instantly recognisable, created from the finest materials with classically made exquisite details adding in their own particular style.

With the arrival of Takashi 'Maru' Marujo, Money also introduced the 'Ape' logo or 'King Ape'and the Money Signature branding. Simple, stylish and memorable the logo has become iconic, being used on a variety of styles of Money Tees, Tops and Jeans. They started out producing graphic T-shirts and hoodies which were an almost instant hit resulting in the brand branching out and extending their range to include knitwear and jeans also featuring their trademark logo.

Money is a streetwear brand with streetwear stylings. The popularity of the brand today is no doubt down to the simple yet striking designs and graphic prints coupled with the high quality and production value of the brand and it's clothing range.
