Pretty Green were launched as recently as 2009 by former Oasis frontman and current frontman of Beady Eye, Liam Gallagher. With their range and quality of clothing coupled with their monumental reputation you'd be forgiven for thinking they'd been around for far longer. The brand draws its inspiration from the art, music and culture scene of the 1960’s and is well renowned for its attention to detail with an emphasis on quality fabrics, cut and classic tailoring.
Pretty Green has two very distinct ranges: the Green Label, which is a casual range designed for everyday wear with quality signature designs.

The Black Label uses classic British tailoring techniques, the finest fabrics and and unrivalled attention to detail.
The labels rapid rise is shown with their recent opening of a new store in Covent Garden. This is now their second store in Englands capital following on from the huge success of the Carnaby Street store. The store opened to the public on Saturday 9th April and was officially launched on Friday 6th May by Liam Gallagher himself. Located in Covent Garden’s iconic East Piazza, on the Royal Opera House Colonnade, the store is 1,914 sq ft and is located on one floor.
Pretty Green was recognised by the fashion industry at the 20th annual Drapers Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Pretty Green won the coveted 'Menswear Brand of the Year' award. Liam Gallagher received the award personally and said: "Myself, Nick (Holland) and the team are absolutely buzzing that Pretty Green has won a Drapers Award; which is a massive achievement for such a young brand......A year ago I set up Pretty Green to make the kind of clothes that I wanted to wear and being recognised by Drapers today shows how far we've come. Keep the faith, beware of darkness."
Pretty Green were chosen ahead of established names in mens fashion and it was an amazing achievment for a new brand and highlights the fact that in such a short period of time Pretty Green has become an established label in menswear and is already held in the same regard as highly respected brands. This year Pretty Green continued to gain accolades adding to the Drapers Menswear Brand of the Year Award by receiving the Drapers 'Best Etail Marketing Initiative 2011'title
The Pretty Green label also does a lot to help charities both locally and internationally. The Teenage Cancer Trust is Pretty Greens chosen local charity with Liam donating a cheque for £40,000 made from a sale of a Pretty Green limited edition t-shirt Liam designed. Pretty Green has also recently designed a limited edition Japan Paisley Print Tee to raise money in aid of the British Red Cross Tsunami Appeal. All profits from the sale of the Japan Paisley Print Tee go directly to the British Red Cross Tsunami Appeal. Donations and profits from this will be used towards helping the people affected by this tragedy recover from this devastating natural disaster over the coming months and years.
With charity work, a swelling awards cabinet, classic designs and desirable styles, Pretty Green is sure to expand on this initial success.
