The Spring/Summer collection of the historic and iconic Wrangler Blue Bell is almost upon us. This collection is truly representative of the talent and drive of the Wranger Blue Bell brand. It merges vintage styles with archive Wrangler designs, but it is also strongly influenced by modern life, in particular about how we wear and use denim. This makes for a durable and versatile collection that you know not only looks great but also has the function to match its beauty.
Jeans are the dominant force behind Wrangler Blue Bell's 50-piece Autumn/Winter '09 collection. There are five, all original fits and one denim jacket. The especially developed, unique washes follow natural patterns of wear, which gives all of the items the genuine charm and soul of classic vintage pieces. No detail has been overlooked from the masterful pattern-cutting, and historic influences come screaming through the designs such as in the way the pockets are arranged to stop wallets from escaping.

The yarn is flecked with colours from Blue Bell's limited colour pallete is honour of their century-old production techniques. The name Blue Bell refers to a clothing company that was formed in 1904 called Hudson Overall Company. This company created workwear for hard-labour jobs, such as farmers, street workers and construction. To show their appreciation for the Hudson Overall Company, some railroad workers presented the company founder, C.C. Hudson, with a railroad bell. This bell was placed in the factory in Greensboro, North Carolina where it soon became the company's symbol.
