We use a national courier company (APC Courier Logistics) for our UK deliveries and Royal Mail for our International Deliveries. Please see our delivery and returns policies for further details, and if you have any questions please give us a call!
If you’d like to return your order, please see the instructions on the back of the invoice that was shipped with your items. If you have misplaced your invoice, please contact us for a replacement.
We will let you know once we have received the items and they have been processed. It can sometimes take a day or two to process returns, so you might not receive notification straight away. We advise that all returns are sent via recorded delivery, so that you can track the packages’ progress.

All orders placed before 3pm (GMT) Monday-Friday are sent out that same day. Orders with a value of over £40 are by next-day service of APC Couriers. Unders under a value of £40 are sent First-Class Recorded Royal Mail. International orders will be shipped at the same time, but will take significantly longer to arrive. If your order is time sensitive, we advise you to contact us before you order.

No problem at all, thank you for giving it a try! We know that sometimes an item doesn’t quite fit the right way, or doesn’t suit you as much as you’d have hoped, so we give all our customers 10 days to return their order if they do not think the items are right for them. All we ask is that the items are unused (you’re very welcome to try them on to check fittings) and still have all tags attached. We’ve made the shopping experience as simple and as relaxing as possible. When looking at a product, all you have to do to buy it is choose your size and click the large ‘add to shopping bag’ button. You can do this for as many items that you’d like to buy (we recommend checking our clearance section on every visit – there’s plenty of bargains to be had there). Once you’re ready to make the purchase, click the ‘View Sa-kis bag’ link at the top-right corner of the site. From here, you can just follow the few steps through the checkout process. We use PayPal as our payment processor, but you do not need a PayPal account to use this. We’ve made it easy and fun to find products on the site. At the bottom of every page (and on the left-hand side of most pages) there is a list of all the brands that we stock, separated into the different niches that they fulfil. From the brand pages, it’s easy to see every item we have in stock, or to further filter it by category (t-shirts, jeans, etc)
Alternatively, if you know you want a particular type of clothing, like a shirt or some footwear, you can easily see what we have and then narrow it down by brand, if you so choose. To do this, click the relevant category links at the top of every page.
When you click to see the full details of a particular product, we always make further recommendations that we think you might like or that go well with the product you are looking at. These are on the right-hand side of the screen under the heading ‘sa-kis recommends’.

As part of each item’s description, we do our best to describe how it fits. We always say which size our models are wearing so that you may have a good idea on how well it will fit you. We use PayPal as our payment processor. This allows you to use your PayPal account to make payments as well as giving you the option to use debit/credit cards if you do not have a paypal account.

A sa-kis account is not needed to place an order, but many people choose to register one as it speeds up the checkout process for future orders.
If this is your first time ordering, you may not wish to register an account just yet. During the checkout process you’ll be asked if you have an account, simply click the ‘continue as anonymous customer’ button to skip this.

International orders are charged a single flat-rate shipping fee which varies depending on which region of the world the order is being delivered to.
