Returns
At Sa-kis we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us online. So we have made our returns policy as simple as possible. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Sa-kis you have 10 days (15 days for International customers) from your receipt of the item, to return it to us.
Christmas orders* can be returned to us by 7 Janaury 2012 for Refunds and Exchanges.
*orders placed before 25 December 2011 are classed as Christmas Orders.
Rules of Returns
When you return an item, we ask that it is returned in all it's original packing with labels and has not worn (other than to check fitting), washed or damaged. Any item failing to meet this criteria will not be accepted as a return.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on any CLEARANCE items unless proven faulty. We will be happy to offer a like for like or size exchange for any unwanted

items, provided the items are re saleable with all tags attached. Only applies to the

items and does not include items bought outside the

How to Return
Fill in the back of the Sales Receipt you recieved in your package. Please indicate clearly what you would like for us to do i.e. exchage an item or refund an item.
If you have lost your reciept then return your item(s) to:

Please ensure the package is well sealed and the correct postage is used with insurance when posting the item back to us. We do not currently accept returns to any of our stores and therefore request customers not to bring parcels back to the stores.
Refund:
If you are unhappy with the item(s) and would like a refund then, please post the item back to us and allow 48hrs from the time it arrives with us to process the refund. Please note postage will not be refunded.
